About Me
I am a commercially minded and strategic people professional with experience working independently and in senior in-house leadership roles. During my career, I have covered the full breadth of HR, people and talent, from hands-on operational work through to shaping and leading people strategies at executive level.
Before moving into independent consultancy, I was a Global HR Director and a member of an Executive Leadership Team, responsible for creating and embedding people strategies across the organisation. That experience continues to inform how I work today, balancing people-centred thinking with commercial awareness and practical delivery.
I work closely with senior teams and individual leaders, often acting as a sounding board and thought partner. Clients value having space to think with someone who understands the pressures they face and who can help bring clarity where things feel complex or ambiguous.
Alongside consultancy, I work as an executive coach, supporting leaders to build confidence, capability and direction in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
