HOW I WORK
Through people and culture consultancy, executive coaching and bespoke training, I support individuals and organisations to make sense of what is in front of them and take practical, considered action.
My clients are often SMEs in the PR, advertising and media sectors, although my work translates well across other people-driven organisations.
Pharon is deliberately small by design. You work directly with me, benefiting from senior-level experience, continuity and a trusted space to think.
Before founding Pharon, I was a Global HR Director and a member of an Executive Leadership Team. I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner.
